Theresa L. Dvorak, age 90, of St. Paul, formerly of New Prague, died Monday, March 26, 2012 at the Little Sister of the Poor in St. Paul.  Theresa was born on August 13, 1921 in Gregory County, South Dakota to Bearned & Sofa (Walker) Lubbers.  She came to New Prague to work for Dr. Rathmanner as a nanny and housekeeper and met her husband, William R. Dvorak, whom she married in New Prague on Dec. 26, 1938.

Theresa is survived by her children, Diane (& Leonard) Hertaus-Pexa, William (& Mae) Dvorak, Mary (& Tom) Kellen, Chuck Dvorak, Ken Dvorak, Mark (& Linda) Dvorak, & Tom Dvorak; daughter-in-law, LuAnn Dvorak; brother, Lawrence (& Martha) Lubbers; sisters, Mildred Umberger, & Helen Grimm; 27 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband, William R. Dvorak on Feb. 1, 1990; son, Michael Dvorak; son-in-law, Alvin Hertaus, brothers, Francis, Clem, and Ray Lubbers.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 12 Noon at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in New Prague with visitation beginning at 10:30 AM also at church.  Burial will follow at Czech National Cemetery in New Prague
