Sandra Maureen Seger, 76, passed away peacefully April 18, 2022, at Mala Strana Health and Rehabilitation Center in Minnesota where she had made her home the last few years. Her life began in Cleveland, Ohio, May 19, 1945, daughter of Hollister Rhine and Dorothy Jean (Pearce), both of LaGrande Oregon.

Sandra served honorably in the U.S. Army from 1965-1970 at posts in Virginia – Continental Command, NATO headquarters in Belgium, and Fort Lewis in Washington.

Sandra was a devoted follower of Christ throughout her life. As a young adult she became a convert to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, where she remained a life–long member. She raised her family of four children in Shoreline, Washington adjacent to Seattle. One of her fond memories was that her oldest son was born the day prior to her own birthday. She enjoyed a rich variety of wholesome music and crafting.

Sandra is survived by her children: David & (Debbie) Seger, Keith & (Robin) Seger, Chrystine & (Gwendolyn) Nehs, and Amy & (Dannette) Seger; her grandchildren Sandy, Liz, Andrew, Kenzie, Rory, Ganon, Tristan, Voxie, and Bailey. She is also survived by siblings; Kathy Street, Don & (Mary) Estes, (Dan) & Ruth Schwarz and Debbie [Rhine].

Burial will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, in Minneapolis, Tuesday April 26th, 2022, at 11:30 AM.
