Richard Carlson, age 32, of Highland Village, TX, passed away suddenly Monday, February 17, 2014 in Mineral Wells, TX.  He was born April 27, 1981 in Brooklyn Park, MN to Michael J.  and Carol (Kratochvil) Carlson.  Richard was a 1999 graduate of Marcus High School in Flower Mound, TX and a member of the Catholic Church.

He is survived by his parents, Mike & Carol Carlson; brother, Gregory (& Melissa) Carlson and their children, Caroline & Travis; grandmother, Agnes Mary Kratochvil; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members and friends.

A memorial mass was held Tuesday, February 25, 2014 in Lewisville, TX.  Graveside Services will be held at 11:30 AM Saturday, June 14, 2014 at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery in New Prague.  Lunch will follow at the Legion Club Room.  The family requests memorial contributions to be made to the Brain Aneurysm Foundation (www.bafound.org).
