Patrick D. Glasby, age 56, of Minneapolis died Wednesday, January 22, 2014 in New Prague.  Patrick was born November 6, 1957 in Minneapolis to Martin J. & Janet (Zent) Glasby.  He was a Brooklyn Center High School graduate and worked as a restaurateur of the Uptown Bar and Cafe and the Lions Pub (both in Minneapolis) and the Fish Tale Grill in New Prague.  Patrick was a member of the New Prague Golf Club and loved to fish.  He was an active New Prague High School Sports booster.

Patrick is survived by six siblings, Barbara (& Dave) Bear of Ham Lake, Thomas Zarr of Arizona, Carl Schmidt of Hawkins, WI, Janet (& Charles) Andersen of Shoreview, Michael Glasbly of Shoreview, Martin (& Teresa) Glasby of Albertville; many nieces & nephews.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

There will be a Celebration of Life from 1-4 PM Monday, January 27th at the Fish Tale Grill & Bar (200 Co. Rd. 37 NE, New Prague).  Visitation will be held Sunday from 4-7 PM at Bruzek Funeral Home in New Prague.
