Mark Prochaska, age 54, of Elysian, MN died Tuesday, April 17th at Elm Homes in Elysian.  Mark was born May 10, 1957 in New Prague to Richard A. & Dolores T. (Effertz) Prochaska.  He lived in Faribault, St. Peter, and lastly, in Elysian.

Mark is survived by 1 brother, Bill Prochaska of St. Croix, Virgin Islands; 2 sisters, Mary Prochaska of Bemidji and Annette Prochaska of Wayzata; 1 niece, Jinger Pulkrabek; 3 nephews, Benjamin West, Dresw Wilson, Sean Wilson.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12 Noon on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Bruzek Funeral Home with Father Robert Schneider of All Saints Catholic Church in Madison Lake officiating.  Visitation will occur 2 hours prior to mass.  Burial is at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery in New Prague
