Leonida "Lydia" Reyes, 87, New Prague, MN (formerly Circle Pines), passed away on April 2, 2021 with her children by her side. Lydia was born on December 9, 1933 in San Ildefonso, Bulacan, Philippines. She went to Manila Central University and graduated from the Doctor of Dental Medicine program. She came to the United States in 1970 where she worked and raised 3 children. Her hobbies included gardening, cooking and photography. Gardening was her passion and she loved sitting in the backyard deck of her lake home. She also loved cooking and made delicious Filipino food, including her specialties: lumpia, pancit and buchi. She had a beautiful smile and infectious laugh that will be missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Irene and Pablo Ramos; her former husband, Rodolfo Reyes; and her siblings, Candido Ramos, Lorenzo Ramos, Marcela Luna, and Lourdes dela Cruz. She is survived by her brother, Angelito Ramos; sister, Angela Constantino; and her children, Ron Reyes, Circle Pines, MN, Trinity Reyes (Jeff Weis), Poulsbo, WA, Olivia (Andy) Wagner, New Prague, MN and her four beautiful grandchildren: Owen, Aidan, Sophia and Oliver.

Her children plan on bringing her home to the Philippines at a later date where she will be celebrated and remembered.
