Linda Pexa Herrmann, age 61, of Northfield, formerly of New Prague, died Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Trinity Care Center in Farmington.  Linda was born December 26, 1953 in New Prague to Emil E. & Sophie R. (Havlicek) Pexa, Sr.  She grew up on a farm in the New Market area and attended New Prague Public Schools, graduating with the Class of 1972.  She was a homemaker in her own home and worked at MVE/Chart for 10 years and at Econofoods in New Prague for several years.  Linda loved motorcycling, traveling, and music, especially the Moody Blues.  Her favorite pastime, however, was time with family and friends.

Linda is survived by her son, Aaron Herrmann & fiance, Jennifer Mujwid of Minneapolis; siblings, Marlene (& Eddy) Kabes of New Prague, Marilyn Zakis of Montgomery, Yvonne Smisek & Dave Larson of Farmington, Cindy Hoag & Steve Clobes of Apple Valley, Debbie Malecha of Northfield, Wayne Pexa of Faribault, Bryan & Bonnie Pexa of Elko New Market, Emil, Jr. & Brenda Pexa of Elko New Market, Gary Pexa & Diane Nord of Elysian, Diane Koktavy of Inver Grove Hts., Michelle Pexa Hertaus & Craig Hertaus of Cleveland, Ron & Angie Pexa of New Prague.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Jim Herrmann; Fiance, Chris Stachowiak; parents; brothers, Kenny & Terry Pexa.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 5:00 PM at Bruzek Funeral Home with a visitation 2 hours prior from 3 – 5 PM.  Deacon Bob Wagner will officiate.  Lunch will follow at the KC Hall in New Prague.
