Lily Dellenbach, age 97, of Austin, MN, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2025. Born in St. Paul, Lily lived in both Nebraska and Colorado before eventually making Austin her home with her husband, Eugene (Gene).

Lily was a homemaker for many years before beginning work at Sears during a time when women were only just entering the workforce. In retirement, she was a long-time volunteer at the Austin Hospital.

Her deep faith was a steady foundation throughout her life, and Lily was especially devoted to the Virgin Mary.

Strong-willed and compassionate, Lily cared for numerous family members through their illnesses, embodying the role of caregiver even as she experienced significant losses of her own.

Lily is survived by her son Tom; granddaughters, Mary and Katie; and other beloved family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gene; son, Scott; daughters, Kathie and Debbie; parents, Joseph and Regina Juneski; and 12 siblings.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 405 4th St NW, Austin, MN 55912, with a visitation starting at 10:00 AM. Interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery on the following day.
