Lillian Schoenbauer, age 91, of Friendship Manor in Shakopee, formerly of New Prague, died Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012 at Friendship Manor.  Lillian was born March 30, 1920, to Frank and Mary (Valek) Trnka in Veseli.  She married John V. Schoenbauer on June 26, 1944 at Veseli and worked with her husband in farming while raising their children.  Lillian is survived by 2 daughters, Rita Malecha and Irene Gutzmer, 2 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; Sister-in-law, Agnes Trnka.  She is preceded in death by husband, John, 7 brothers: Jerry, Frank, Joseph, George, Edward, William, & John Trnka; 3 sisters: Mary Krenik, Emma Voracek, Anna Pavek and a brother in infancy.

Visitation will be Sunday, Feb. 12th from 4 – 7 PM at Bruzek Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial also at the Funeral Home Monday at 10:00 AM.  Burial at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery with lunch to follow at the KC Hall.
