Kyle Daniel Clark, age 39, of Montgomery, died unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, December 17, 2023. Kyle was born on January 10, 1984, in Minneapolis to Kevin D. and Gail J. (Schneider) Clark. He grew up in Lonsdale and graduated from Montgomery High School. He continued his education in the electrical curriculum at Minnesota West Community & Technical College in Jackson to get his Associate Arts Degree. He went to Denver, Colorado, to further his education towards his journeyman license..
Kyle loved to hunt, fish, and golf. He was a star athlete in high school, competing at state level in cross-country and wrestling. He was also notably on the Minnesota State Boys Junior Olympic cross-country team in Australia 2000. Kyle competed and came in 28th overall as an individual against the participating countries and with his team, the Minnesota Boys State Junior Olympics Boys Team, came in 2nd place. Kyle had a charisma and magnetism that drew people to him. He was a friend to all who met him and loved nothing more than to make people laugh. He was a natural jokester and the bright spot in any gathering. His death has left an emptiness in the lives of all who knew and loved him.
Kyle is survived by his parents, Gail (Tom Throne) Schneider-Throne of Montgomery, Kevin (Vicki) Clark of Prior Lake; sister, Amy (Nick) Prochaska of New Prague & children, Amara & Carson; step-siblings, Troy of Colorado, Nicole of Shakopee, & Travis of Savage; grandparents, Tom & Emmy Schneider of Shakopee; step-niece, Sophia Jade. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Dick & Carol Clark.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 5:00 PM at Bruzek Funeral Home in New Prague. Visitation will take place from 2- 4:30 p.m. with a Celebration of Life Smudging Ceremony at 4:30 and an open mic for sharing during the service at 5:00.
