John Angrimson, age 53, of New Prague, died Monday, August 21, 2012 at St. Gertrude’s Health Care Center in Shakopee.  John was born March 23, 1959 in Minneapolis, MN to Ronald D. & Shirley (Nubbe) Angrimson. He was raised in Bloomington, graduating from Lincoln High School.  Most recently, John was a sales consultant at Ace Hardware in New Prague for the past 4 years.  John enjoyed hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, spending time with his brothers (especially lat the family farm), and the Minnesota Vikings.

John is survived by 2 step-daughters, Brittany Mancuso of Burnsville, Kaycie Nelson of Alabama; his mother, Shirley Angrimson of Eagan; brothers, Craig (& Gail) of Apple Valley, James (& Debra) of Montgomery, Mark of Shakopee, Jeff (& Karla) of New Prague; sister, Gina (& Tom) Pelava of Eagan; 2 step-grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his father.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, August 24, 2012 at 10:00 AM at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in New Prague with Father Kevin Clinton officiating.  Visitation will be held at Bruzek Funeral Home on Thursday from 4 – 8 PM and on Friday from 7:30 – 9:30 AM.  Interment will follow mass at Czech National Cemetery in New Prague.  Lunch will follow at the KC Hall in New Prague.
