Jessica N. Karasch, age 32, of Le Center, died tragically in a car accident on Wednesday, November 15, 2017.  Jessica was born on January 24, 1985 in Bemidji, MN to Randall V. and Janet C. (Carnathan) Karasch.  She grew up in Farmington, MN, graduating from Farmington High School.  Jessica worked in the finance department for the gaming industry at both Canterbury and Mystic Lake.  She was previously married to Joseph Ashpole.  Family was very important to Jessica and her whole life was dedicated to her daughter, Shyla.  Her bubbly personality added to a wonderful sense of humor.

Jessica is survived by her daughter, Shyla; parents, Randall & Janet Karasch of Le Center; grandparents, Robert & Pam Dodson of Ottawa, KS; grandmother, Edna Smith of Tacoma, WA; brother, Randall Petersen and Joshua Karasch, both of Madison, WI; numerous aunts and uncles.  She is preceded in death by her infant daughter, Jazmyn Ashpole.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, November 20, 2017, at 4:30 PM at Bruzek Funeral Home with Pastor Garth Heckman of Heritage United Methodist Church.  Visitation will take place from 3:30 – 4:30 PM.   Randall Petersen, Joshua Karasch, Giovanni Ashpole, & Ashanti Ashpole will be serving as honorary pallbearers.  Burial will occur at Greenwood Union Cemetery in Le Center.  In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to Infants Remembered in Silence, Inc.
