Anne C. Mitchell, age 58, of New Prague, died unexpectedly with her husband by her side on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Mayo Clinic Health System Hospital New Prague. Anne was born on April 25, 1963 in Minneapolis to Hans and Dorothy (Erikstrup) Olsen. She grew up in Eagan and graduated from Rosemount High School in 1982. She married David Allen Mitchell on June 16, 1984 at Easter Lutheran Church in Eagan. Anne worked in sales for Apple Auto until kidney disease made work impossible. With her outgoing, friendly nature, Anne had many friends on Facebook and social media. She enjoyed attending and socializing with the many friends she made through David's bowling tournaments. Her greatest love was dogs of most kinds but she was particularly dedicated to her labs.

Anne is survived by her husband, David, of New Prague; son, Steven (Gabrielle) Mitchell of Elko New Market; daughter, Jennifer Mitchell (Paul Pronger) of New Prague; 4 grandchildren; brother, Roger (Mary Lee) Olsen of Burnsville; brother-in-law, Joseph (Annette) Mitchell of Farmington; many nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 1-4 PM at the Castle Rock Bar & Grill in Castle Rock, MN (27998 Chippendale Ave, Northfield, MN 55057). In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the wishes of the family.
